IS YOUR CHILD EXPERIENCING CULTURE SHOCK?
Sometimes ESL students and/or their family members go through a cultural transition period called “culture shock”. This is an emotional transition from one culture to another that affects mood, behavior, sleep patterns, and relationships. It often appears in stages; please see the details in the link above.
