Through this website, I hope to share my love of mathematics with the Bowman Community! As you explore, you will find links to great websites where you and your student can play a variety of fun math games. I have included resources such as a literature list and a list of commercial games I recommend.
At school, I work in classrooms to support teachers and students during Math Workshop. Math Workshop typically starts with a mini -lesson, followed by time to practice independently or in small groups. Students move through math stations which offer continued work with unit learning targets. The math block ends with a wrap up time where students show or share connections or discoveries they have made that day.
