The Lexington Public Schools' Innovation and Technology Department fosters a district-wide culture of improvement through strategic technology implementation. Our goal aligns with the district mission: Joy in learning, Curiosity in life, and Compassion in all we do. We provide all members of the school community with the resources necessary to be proficient in using educational technology. We ensure its integration into all aspects of learning. The department emphasizes professional development for educators and staff, collaboration across departments, and the selection of software and tools that enhance student engagement and learning within a robust educational environment.
