Middle School English Language Arts

The Middle School English Language Arts department at Lexington Public Schools—serving Clarke and Diamond middle schools—empowers students to become critical thinkers and articulate communicators. Through a standards-aligned curriculum, 6th through 8th graders engage in diverse literary analysis, evidence-based writing, and collaborative discussion, fostering lifelong literacy and personal voice.
