Cranberry Hill Conservation Area in Lexington, MA

Bounded by the Town of Lincoln, the Boston Edison powerline right-of-way, and the Hobb's Brook Basin (City of Cambridge water supply property), this 24.6 acre property consists of a rich woods with dramatic features created by the Bloody Bluff Fault, which runs through Lexington. These features include a brook coursing through a wooded glen and a vernal pond, which has recently been certified by the State. Access is from the Boston Edison powerline right-of-way.
